Two things happen after you order: we make it, then we ship it.
We make it — 3–10 business days. Nothing ships from a shelf. Your piece is made to order in our Lago Vista studio once the order comes in. A few personalization options add production days; when they do, we say so on the option itself as you're choosing it.
Expedited upgrades the carrier, not the production time — every piece is still made on the same 3–10 day window. We pick the carrier based on destination and package.
Production plus delivery, as a single estimate. Larger or more complex orders can run longer — we'll tell you if yours will.
Rush processing is available by request — that's us moving your piece up the production queue, which is different from the expedited shipping option at checkout. Tell us the date you need it before you order. If we can meet it, we'll send you a private link to pay for that order directly.
We ship anywhere in the United States. We don't ship internationally yet.
