Because nearly everything we make is custom and personalized just for you, all sales are final — we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing, or color choice. Please review your personalization, spelling, and size carefully before checking out.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or we made a mistake fulfilling it, we’ve got you. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll repair, replace, or refund the item — return shipping is on us.
Personalization and shipping details are locked in once production begins. Please confirm your spelling, sizes, colors, and shipping address at checkout. We can only update an order within 24 hours of it being placed, and only before it enters production.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before they enter production. Once the status moves to “Processing” or “In Production,” your order is underway and can no longer be cancelled.
