Where is my order?
Once we ship, you'll get an email with a tracking link. Standard orders take 3–10 business days to process and ship.
How do returns work?
Personalized orders are not returnable. However, if there is a mistake on our part or any damage when the item arrives, we will replace it for free — please reach out. Non-personalized items are returnable if the tags are still attached and the item has not been used or worn.
Expedited shipping
Expedited upgrades the carrier, not the production time — every piece is still made to order in 3–10 business days. Once it ships, expedited usually arrives in 2–5 business days instead of the 5–14 typical of standard. If you need the product by a specific date, please contact us using our contact page before you place the order so that we can check if we can deliver in time.
