Is there a minimum order?
For most items there's a small minimum so setup is worth it, but we're flexible. Tell us what you need and we'll let you know.
Can you match our brand colors?
Yes. We work from your logo and match thread and engraving to your brand as closely as the material allows.
Do I see it before it's made?
Always. We send a mockup for your approval first, and nothing is produced until you sign off.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the product, your design, and how many you need. Send the details and you’ll get a clear quote with no surprises.
How long does it take?
Most orders are completed within 3–10 business days after design approval. Larger orders may require additional time.
Can you handle a large or repeat order?
Yes. If you reorder often, we keep your design on file so it’s easy next time.
