Processing times for our products vary. We encourage you to check the processing time listed on each individual product page.

For shipping, please note the following estimated delivery times, all calculated in business days:

USPS typically delivers within 5-14 days, standard UPS shipping takes about 3-5 days, and our 2-day UPS option generally requires 2-3 days for delivery.

Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, which are predominantly made to order, we are unable to offer refunds.

In the event that you receive a damaged item, kindly send us a photo of the damages, and we will promptly ship it to you at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is our priority! 

Additionally, please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as we are unable to modify it within 24 hours of order placement.

Once the order status changed to "processing" or "processed", cancellations are not possible.
